As a Danville Newborn Photographer, there’s nothing I love more than a newborn session done in your home. Everything is much more relaxed. Siblings can join in on the fun. Mom and baby are much more comfortable sharing quiet moments when they are at home. Time can be taken for feedings, cuddles, and naps without the pressure of a studio appointment. There’s always an assortment of favorite blankets we can incorporate into the session. And is there a setting more unique than your own home?
I met Samuel at his home for his newborn session. He was wide eyed and curious and I took my cues from him. I photographed him alone on the master bed (my favorite spot for newborns). We incorporated a handmade sentimental blue and green blanket that was made just for Samuel. Mom and Little Sister took turns cuddling him as well. Isn’t he just a doll?
